Keep away the meddling minds
Dirty little secrets they try to find
Little do they know
How they hurt themselves so
For the destruction they cause
Will turn upon them without pause
Lord protect their hearts
Deflect their darts
May they become wise
And cease to despise
Let their covetous and envious deeds
Be unfruitful seeds
Let the sharpness of their tongue
Go into the Earth as dung
And come out born anew
So that they may find you
Let them waste grace not
So that they may not be forgot
My Lord have mercy
For their souls are thirsty
Release them of fear
Make their hearts dear
To be open to love
To represent the peace of the dove
